Medicare-Funded Exercise Physiology for Chronic Conditions

EPC/CDM Plans: 

We accept Medicare-funded Chronic Disease Management (CDM/EPC) Plans, which provide rebated Exercise Physiology for those with chronic conditions.

Please note the specific allocation of Allied Health services and type of Allied Health service is at the discretion of your GP.

Gap Fees:

EP Services with Prime Health Clinics currently attract a $30.00 Gap Fee

Private Health:

Prime Health Clinics uses HICAPS terminals to process Private Health rebates for clients. Please note Private Health rebates are not able to be used in conjunction with an EPC/CDM plan (i.e. to pay the gap)
